Thoughts: All the Yong Tao Fu are made fresh, in-fact you make your order by ticking off a check-list of YTF and the chef will make-to-order for you. Definitely can see him busy filling up the fresh meat patty into the Bitter Gourd, Lady's finger, Fried Tofu etc; don't mind waiting a bit longer for the freshly made YTF. Perhaps the rather cold Chee Cheong fun if heated up would have really been a perfect combination. Only sweet and chili sauce here and not curry available. But the breakfast was a satisfying one!
