Thoughts: Only Halal-food at UOA Business Park, at the Food Garden; I think mostly if not all Mamak or Malay stalls. Offering mainly Nasi Campur and some Goreng-Goreng, maybe limited choice of Western. 
Today, for lunch and selected items for breakfast; "Nasi Lemak Berlauk" kiosk offers Tomato rice, Fried Beehoon, Cucur Udang, Chicken Rice, Mee Udang, and Char Koay Teow. 
Having "马来椰酱饭配苏东和香料炸鸡 Nasi Lemak w/Squid & Ayam Rempah" for lunch, the "Ayam Rempah" (or spiced chicken) was quite good, sotong was from the morning session, I did like the thick and creamy curry. Excellent service and smiles from the owners of the kiosk, definitely worth visiting again especially the "Tomato Rice" highly recommended by the owner himself.
