Food Thoughts: This is the "famous" 大樹頭 (亞翰 蘇記仔) at the New Apollo Restaurant in USJ 4. That original location at Imbi's 大树头苏记炒粉 Soo Kee where the 牛肉河 Beef Noodle and 生蝦炒面 "Sang Har" Mee are what attracts customer to this 老字号 at Medan Imbi. Here at 新阿波羅茶餐室 New Apollo, it offers the same plus 广府炒 Cantonese Fried as well as 鹿肉粉 Deer Meat Noodle.
Instead of their famours Beef Noodle, I opted the Venison Meat Fried Noodle for lunch. It is "old meat", not as tender as I wished but overall it was a nice meal. The "Gingerish" and "Big Onions" and well seasoned Deer Meat with the "Eggy Sauce" adds to the 锅气十足 "Wok Hay".
