Food Thoughts: Cajun cuisine is a style of cooking named for the French-speaking Acadian people deported by the British from Acadia in Canada to the Acadiana region of Louisiana. This "Cajun Seared Chicken" at USJ 10's Epicuro is definitely worth a try, worth mentioning is that dipping sauce. For $12.90 it is not a large portion, but very tasty cooking of the well marinated and tender chicken, comes with generous amount of vegetables on the side.
The coconut flavored coffee is a creation by the Epicuro owner, just add $1 to the standard $9 coffee for the add-on. It is interesting!
The Pork Chop comes with lots of vegetables and sweet patato cubes, the pork wasn't as tender as expected but still taste good with the pork seasoning and sauce on it.
Epicuro is western-style casual dining, offers a variety of meat menu, pasta, burger, coffee, wine, and beer. There is another Epicuro uptown in SS21/35 Damansara Uptown, this one visiting is in Taipan USJ 10. Apparently, Epicuro is run and owned by an ex-engineer-turned-chef who’s very passionate about his food.
