By 1983, coffee cultivation in the region expanded into a 當地農民的商業作物 commercial crop for local farmers.

Then in early 2000, 地區的農民 farmers and 社區領袖 community leaders in the region 組織起來 organized to 實現永續發展並提升經濟穩定性 create sustainable growth and improve their economic stability. And that is where Doi Chaang Coffee Original Co., Ltd. was officially founded as a social enterprise to 負責加工 process and 和分銷 distribute the 當地社區的特色咖啡 community's specialty coffee in 2003.
At present, Doi Chaang Coffee operates around 200 total coffee houses in Thailand, consisting of about 50 加盟店 franchised locations and roughly 150 branches under 合作授權模式的分店 partnered licensing model. Doi Chaang Coffee began its 拓展國際市場 international presence in 2006 by establishing a 策略夥伴關係 strategic partnership in 加拿大 Canada to 銷售 market its specialty 阿拉比卡咖啡豆 Arabica beans in 北美 North America. And 2013 & Beyond is where the establishment expanded its physical franchise café model into 東南亞市場 Southeast Asian markets, including 馬來西亞 Malaysia, 新加坡 Singapore, 柬埔寨 Cambodia, 寮國 Laos, and 緬甸 Myanmar.
The first Doi Chaang Coffee outlet in Malaysia opened in mid-2013 at Jaya One in 八打靈再也 Petaling Jaya, 雪蘭莪州 Selangor. AND subsequently Doi Chaang Caffe 大班分店 Taipan outlet in Subang Jaya USJ 10 opened in July 2017.

尼斯鮪魚沙拉 Tuna Salad Niçoise (Salade Niçoise) originated in the 19th century in the 沿海城市 coastal city of 尼斯 Nice, 法國 France. The dish started in 尼斯較貧困的街區 poorer neighborhoods of Nice as a simple, affordable mix of 生番茄 raw tomatoes, 橄欖油 olive oil, and 鯷魚 anchovies. 隨著時間的推移 Over time, 當地人 locals 開始加入 added 煮雞蛋 hard-boiled eggs, 當地的尼斯橄欖 local Niçoise olives, and 時令蔬菜 seasonal raw vegetables.
