Thoughts: Baristar Roastery officially soft-launched its operations in SS15 more than 2.5 years ago on February 5, 2024. It is the first 成熟的咖啡館空間 full-fledged cafe space and 實驗性微型烘焙坊 experimental micro-roastery established by the 馬來西亞本土咖啡攤品牌 homegrown Malaysian coffee stand brand, Baristar Coffee & Tea (which initially started its  first ever outlet back in March 2016 in Damansara Uptown).

The SS15 "Barista Roastery" branch location is at the upper floor of "Small Life Dental clinic" or next to "LOHAS Eyewear", which is maybe around 150m from SS15 LRT station. The Cafe's air-conditioned interior carries a 獨特的極簡風格以黃色點綴 unique minimalist yellow-accented aesthetic look with 單人咖啡桌 one person coffee tables as well as a big table for 6 customers. But at the 露天無空調區域 patio non air-conditioned area also 設有小型烘焙區 houses a micro-roastery space where they curate in-house blends and 店內精心調配咖啡豆 roast specialty coffee beans on-site, plus furnished with low-profile, black woven sling accent chairs paired with a rustic, rectangular wooden crate-style coffee table that doubles as a central focal piece.

Today's rm$8 Barista Roastery's was 混合配方沖泡 brewed with a house blend of 巴西 Brazil, 巴布亞紐幾內亞 Papua new Guinea and 宏都拉斯咖啡豆 Honduras coffee beans by a friendly, young and handsome Barista!
