Both dishes were likely 現做菜 Made-to-Order (as informed by the Supervisor in-Charge). The F&B offers 腸粉的七種做法 7 variants of Cheong Fun from rm$6.90 (蛋腸粉 Egg) to rm$11.90 (三料腸粉 Tripple Filling likely with 蛋 Prawns + 肉碎 Minced Meat/菜 Vege + 叉燒 Charsiew) options.
So far 2 visits here and the both the signature dishes sampled were above average AND especially enjoyed the rm$14.90 "醬香砂鍋老鼠粉 Claypot Minced Pork Loh Shu Fun" (September 8.2026). Other signature dishes according to their Menu are "番茄炒蛋 Sweet & Sour Egg", "招牌上湯啦啦 Lala Soup in Superior Broth", "三杯砂鍋雞 3 Cup Chicken Boneless" & "花雕火爆花肉 Shao Xing Flaming Pork Belly" which should probably go with Rice.
Besides the challenging parking (as usual in USJ Taipan) BUT then again there is also a multi-storey parking facility which is just in-front of the shop; and you know lar how Malaysian viws of the Battle of the Pillars & Tight Corners in multi-storey parking facilities AS the 較低樓層通常預留給季票停車持有者 lower levels are usually reserved for Season Parking Holders!. Otherwise, the food, service, ambience is good and the dining space is spacious for a single shop lot setting with the 香港茶餐廳的氛圍 vibes of Hong Kong Char Chan Teng.
