The corner shop was previously "蓮興茶餐室 Restoran Lian Heng" which was famous for its 板麵 Pan Mee, the owners now likely only managing one ship in 35, Jalan USJ 1/1C, Taman Subang Mewah, 47620 Subang Jaya, Selangor. The SS19 corner shop lot now with the new tenant since March 24.2024 is "王朝茶餐室 Restoran Dynasty" which is the 2nd branch of the Kopitiam. I believe the 1st branch is in USJ2, also another corner shop which took over the Kopitiam business from the long time "Kedai Makanan dan Minuman USJ2/2C 美食中心" (near Damen Mall)!
