Thoughts: The Bakery was established in December 2020 at Simpang Empat's "Eco Bloom" in Seberang Prai, and soon an instant hit with Penangites visiting the bakery for their Japanese style daily pastries. 2 years lager, 65c Ondo opened its first outlet in Penang Island on December 2022, at the Jalan Burma location which is just opposite "New World Park Food Court". AND there should be at least 5 "65c Ondo" in Penang:

65°C湯種 of Baking makes the 讓麵包更綿軟. The biggest difference between "湯種麵包 Tangzhong Bread" and other breads is that the 麵粉糊化 flour gelatinization 吸水量增多 increases water absorption, so the texture of the bread is 柔軟 soft and 彈性 elastic, which can 緩口感老化 delay the aging of the taste and cater to modern people's tastes. And that is why the name of the Japanese theme Bakery called "65c溫度麵包店 65c Ondo Bakery" (Ondo in Japanese is 温度 おんど or Temperature).
Came here for the 65c Ondo's "手撕麵包 Shredded Bread" but the factory has delayed production due to some ingredients out of stock! Ended up with the rm$10.90 "日本高级生吐司 Japanese Soft White Bread" which I think is commonly known in Japanese as "食パン Shokupan (or Plain Bread)"; an everyday bread in Japan that is feathery soft and fluffy white loaf of bread, slightly sweet, and even a hint of saltiness but mild and pleasing taste.
The rm$12 "海苔肉松小貝 Seaweed meat floss pastry rm$12" (came in 4pc box) was also highly recommended, which looks a little like the shape of scallops!
