"華亭 Hwa Ting" is the synergy of a Mother and Daughter's name, the restaurant began with the Mother started as a humble 叉燒雲吞麵小販 Wanton Mee vendor more than 30-40+ years ago. In order to honor her mother's selfless dedication to the family and Wanton Mee stall, the daughter preserves the traditional recipe of old-style Wanton Mee in the restaurant while at the same time introduce new and modern dishes of local comfort foods so that diners can experience both authentic and innovative taste. The waiter high recommended their signature 傳統叉燒雲吞麵 Old-style Wanton Mee, 豬肉麵 Pork Noodles, 咖哩麵 Curry Noodles, 椰漿飯 Nasi Lemak and 五香 Lobak.
