Thoughts: Chef Ammar Al Ali was born and raised in 巴勒斯坦 Palestine. He first came to Malaysia in 1989 and began his education journey at Taylor College and Stanford College, Penang, earning a double diploma in Hospitality & Food Production and Kitchen Planning. Soon after his education, Chef Ammar kicked off his career at Universal Enterprise Maldives as a head chef from 1993 to 1996. In 1997, he joined the education field as a Food and Beverage Lecturer at Olympia College. Shortly after, he returned to Jordan and joined venture in the family business for the next 3 years. But he returned to Malaysia in 2001 to foster his love for food in several Hotels as well as F&B establishment as well as a TV sensation. And after gaining over 18 years of experience in the hotel and F&B industries, he decided to settle down and do what he does best. In December 2017, Chef Ammar opened his first café, Chef Ammar Xpress Souk Subang Jaya's USJ4. A year later, he launched 2 ore Restaurants along the same road as Xpress Souk in USJ4. The signature must try dish is Chef Ammar's Lamb Shank as it has been crowned as the King of Lamb Shank.

Last visit to this particular shop of Chef Ammar was April 2, 2021 where the delicious rm$45 "中東"卡布薩"羊肉飯 Lamb Shank Kabsah" was the lunch choice. Too bad in 2022, and for whatever reasons, Chef Amar's 3 Restaurants ALL closed for several months. BUT sometime in 2023, Chef Amar reopened all his 3 businesses in USJ4.
For starter or side dish is a rm$19 "貝魯蒂鷹嘴豆泥 Hummus Beiruti with 巴勒斯坦麵包 Palestinian Bread", also an excellent dish. AND today's dinner main course is a rm$32 "阿拉伯雞卡布薩米飯 Kabsah Chicken" which comes in a generous 整隻卡布薩雞腿 Whole Chicken Leg Kabsah Chicken along with a 紅燒雞蛋 braised egg, some 沙拉 salad, 2 sauce and I believe 卡布薩飯 Kabsa rice. A bit pricey but excellent in taste and presentation.
