Thoughts: Located at upper floor of a corner shop lot in the single row of shop lot along USJ 4/1; it is just above 7-Eleven or next to the Petronas Petrol Station. "Dosa by Dosa Group" opened barely a week and replacing the previous tenant "Tiennielicious Cafe"! Tiennielicious has been in USJ 4 for maybe 3.5 years and ceased operation since June this year, the Café offered delicious Cake and Bake as well as good cup of Coffee; last visit here was November 12. 2021.

The Café is the creation of Mr. John, offering healthier version of the Dosa (Indian Crepes) which are made of Sourdough batter (instead of rice flour and urad dhal, I think). There are currently 7 Dosa varieties from rm$9.50 to rm$12.50 where for lunch today is the rm$12 "甜菜根多薩 Beetroot Dosa". The dish comes with 2 pieces of Dosa Crepes plus 3 sides: some kind of Potato dhal, and 2 Chutneys; unique and delicious!
Besides Dosa, there is also Sourdough Vada, plus Coffee and Desserts are also available.
Using Sourdough batter for 多薩 Dosa or Thosai is probably not that common for most 嘛嘛檔 Mamak or 印度煎餅店 Indian Roti Canai shops. And the Cafe offers other unique Dosa made with 甜菜根 Beetroot, 薄荷香菜 Mint Coriander, 薑黃 Tumeric, and 燕麥 Oats; and maybe 炭 Charcoal, 藜麥 Quinoa, 鮭魚 Salmon, or even 鹹蛋炭多薩 Salted Egg Charcoal Dosa in the future.
