Miss Su Yin is the baker and owner of Yin's Sourdough Bakery; an advocate of "Slow Food Movement" where making food traditionally and wholesome are the passion of that movement. In early 2010, after returning back from US; she started "Yin's Sourdough Bakery" initially in Penang's Balik Pulau but later moved to PJ Damansara uptown. Today's breakfast is a rm$16 "酸麵包圈, 酪梨醬, 紅泡菜和切達乾酪 Sourdough Bagel w/Guacamole, Rotkraut and Cheddar". The ALL-day choice comes with 4 types of Sourdough pastry: Bagel, Foccacia, or Whole Wheat and 3 choices of fillings:

炒蛋和西紅柿 Scrambled Eggs and Tomatoes

午餐雞肉和番茄醬 Luncheon Chicken and Ketcup

酪梨醬, 紅泡菜和切達乾 Guacamole, Rotkraut and Cheddar 

The choice was definitely very filling; just not too sure Sourdough Bagels are healthier than normal white breads (maybe)! But maybe the fillings that comes with the 酸麵包圈 Bagel: that is the 酪梨酱 Guacamole which is basically mashed, 生酪梨 raw Avocados mixed with other ingredients to taste; or the "紅泡菜 Rotkraurt" or "Red cabbage" could be healthier as well, as the vegetables comes with antioxidants, fiber, and various vitamins; and luckily there wasn't too much 切達乾酪 Cheddar cheese on the bread! 

PJ SS20's "Yin's Sourdough Bakery and Café" is the excellent Café for some All-day long Sourdough breads (Sourdough Bagel, Croissant, Sourdough Baguette plus a variety of Pastries etc), good Coffee as well; plus along with proper meals like Pasta, Burger, Sourdough Pizza as well as a good choice of meaty based Sandwiches, plus Chicken and Lamb with rice for dinner.
