Today's morning coffee is a rm$8 "小白咖啡 Flat White", from the bean measurements, to hand grinding the coffee bean to pressing for the espresso, then brewing, plunge and pour steps; all done manually at the coffee bar. Excellent!
The espresso today for the 小白咖啡 Flat White is a mixed of 埃塞俄比亞豆 Ethiopia beans + 蘇門答臘豆 Sumatra beans + 巴西豆 Brazil beans AND after the current stocks are consumed; the next batch of coffee will be brewed using a single origin 印尼豆 Indonesian coffee bean!
