Thoughts: 陝西省 Shaan Xi province is renowned for its food that are rich in flavors, perhaps best known for its 麵條和羊肉菜餚 noodles and lamb/mutton dishes. Due to its geographical location proximity between the provinces of Shanxi and 四川省 Sichuan, the flavors of 陝西菜 Shaanxi cuisine include both the 川菜的酸辣 sour and spicy of Sichuan cuisine, and the 山西的鹹味 salty flavors of Shanxi. Shaanxi cuisine's primary flavor profile tends towards "香辣 Fragrant Spicy".

Here at 陝西麵館 ShaanXi Noodle Restaurant, the signature are 手拉麵 hand-pulled ramen with a variety of 陝西街頭小吃 Shaan Xi street foods.

Today's rm$7.90 "陝西肉夾饃 Shaanxi Rou Ga Mo" is probably one of the most common street food originating from the cuisine of 陝西省 Shaanxi Province, and in the US is sometimes referred to as "中國漢堡 Chinese Hamburger"! The meat is usually 豬肉 Pork, or 牛肉/羊肉 Beef/Lamb meats which are stewed for very long hours then minced or chopped and stuffed in "白吉饃 Baijimo", a type of flatbread. The authentic "白吉饃 Baijimo" is made from 小麥麵粉面團與酵母 wheat flour dough with yeast and then baked in a 粘土烤爐 clay oven in the old days, but now in many parts of China, 白吉饃 Baijimo is made in a frying pan.

肉夾饃 Roujiamo is not a full meal and is often sold in the form of combo with 涼皮 Liangpi. So, today also sampled the restaurant's rm$9 "涼皮 LiangPi (literally Cold skin)". It is a Chinese dish originating from the cuisine of Shaanxi Province composed of cold skin noodles (not an animal product) as it is just made from 小麥或米粉 wheat or rice flour and served with 辣椒油 Chili Oil in either cold or hot variants, topped with either 蒜泥在水中 mashed garlic in water, 黃瓜絲 julienned cucumber, and 豆芽 bean sprouts.

The SS15 "陝西麵館梳邦店 ShaanXi Restaurant" is located at one of a corner shop lot, which is just opposite the Colleges (INTI). The Subang Jaya branch is the 3rd location of the restaurant, opened in October 2021 (1 year ago). The interior decorations and furniture (even the cutleries) are all very Chinese style and walls are also decorated with facts about the 陝西文化與美食 Cultures and Cuisines of Shaanxi.
