Thoughts: "帕尼普里 Panipuri" (印度炸酥球) is a kind of street food dessert/snack in the subcontinent of India (also popular in Pakistan). "帕尼普里 Panipuri" consists of a 圓形的空心脆球 round hollow puri (a deep-fried crisp flatbread made as a crispy ball and hollow inside), filled with a mixture of 調味水 flavored water (known as imli pani), 羅望子酸辣醬 tamarind chutney, 辣椒粉 chili powder, 拌沙拉瑪薩拉 chaat masala, 土豆泥 potato mash, 洋蔥 onion, or 鷹嘴豆 chickpeas, or maybe depending on the chef. 

Not such a common Indian snack food in Malaysia, but this interesting dessert ball snack can be found be USJ11's Boom Town (on in the evenings).
