As parking here at USJ6 is free for patrons, it is a popular breakfast or lunch destination for USJ residents, "相有 Wai Kwan" used to have at least 8 stalls during pre-Covid times but today only 4 stalls are in operation with the famous home-made Bao (New Paradise) still attracting customers daily:
