Thoughts: Kelana Jaya includes SS3, 4, 5 and SS6. SS5 is an old neighborhood as the development of SS5 was somewhere in 1983 or 1984. Unlike SS2, SS5 is predominantly a Malay community area with lots of Malay and Mamak food choices. One of the very unique multi-hawker stall Kopitiam run by a Chinese in SS5 is this "Restaurant Subang Ria" which offers all HALAL hawker stalls food with a mix of Malay, Chinese, and Indian hawker stalls:

板麵 Pan Mee (馬來人 Malay)
The kopitiam is just a stone throw from FAM (Football Association Malaysia), and has been in SS5 for at least 30 years (probably since 1990s) and many stalls here have also been operating for 10 or more years. AND "MKP Kelana Chapati Corner" has been offering Chapati at the Chinese Kopitiam for at least 12 years. There are 4 variants of Chapati: Original, Sweet, Butter, or Ghee Chapati from rm$2 to rm$3 per piece; it comes with free Dhal. Normally, Chapati is very tough and hard to chew BUT this stall "MKP Kelana Chapati Corner" offers a super soft Chapati. While the 扁豆酱 Dhal wasn't fantastic, the rm$5 "羊肉碎瑪撒拉咖哩 Minced Mutton Masala" was amazing! AND while 扁豆酱 Dhal is FOC, other sauce (with additional charges) are Masala Vegetable, 沙丁魚 Sardin, 咖哩雞 Chicken Curry, and 羊肉咖喱 Kheema Mutton (all from rm$2 to rm$6 per portion).
Highly recommended for a slightly healthier breakfast of Chapati and Dhal (without all the oil), minus the minced mutton masala!
