Hungry for some 叉燒/燒肉 Charsiew SiewYoke/Roasted Pork and ordered the rm$9 Ala-Carte, will do but wasn't really impressive. And perhaps should have ordered their Signature steamed Chicken Ala-Carte from rm$6.50 to rm$9 depending on 白雞/燒雞/菜園雞 White/Roast/Farm Chicken as well as 雞胸/雞翅/雞二度/雞腿 Chicken parts; to go along with rm$8 "鮮蝦雲吞河粉 Prawn Wantan Hor Fun". The portion of Hor Fun was generous, soup was quite decent, the bowl came with 5 good size Prawn Wanton which was quite good.
Besides its Signature 芽菜白雞 Steamed Chicken with Bean Sprout, 怡保河粉芽菜雞飯 Restoran Kar Heong also offers 燒雞 Roasted Chicken, 燒鴨 Roasted Duck, 叉燒 Charsiew, and 燒肉 Roasted Pork that can go with either 飯 Rice, 河粉 Hor Fun, and 咖喱面 Curry Noodle; comes with different combinations from rm$7 - rm$12.
Definitely will be sampling the Steamed or Roasted Chicken at the SS14 branch in the future!
