Thoughts: The rm$17 "烤豬肉紀念章 Grilled Pork Medallions", beautifully cooked and could have paired well with a glass of wine or maybe a glass of ice cold draft beer! PJ SS3's Rockwall Grill & Bistro is not just a watering hole for beer drinking, or wine as the Bistro also holds a sizable collection of wines; but it also offers a good variety of meaty grills, including imported Iberico pork ribs. And even a dessert choice of "Salted egg Lava Cake", something don't mind sampling in the future.

Unfortunately no bottled beers available today and only a few draught beer choices (only Guinness, Tiger, and Heineken), but wine choices are abundant.
The interior looks to be a place setup for "finer dining" of their Signature Grills pairing with choice of Wine. There is also an enclosed room for smokers and drinkers, but the exterior (with rooftop) offers a few high stool tables which would be excellent in the evenings! The corner shop lot is facing the SS3 residential linked-houses and bungalows, and not too many traffic in this part of SS3, where parking should be easy in the evenings.
SS3's Rockwall Grill & Bistro is looking good for lunch or dinner with Western variety selection of meaty grills and pairing with wine (or beer).
Interestingly, I think the Western style "烤豬肉紀念章 Grilled Pork Medallions" has some resemblance to the Chinese "獅子頭 Lion's Head" which is a dish from the 淮揚菜 Huaiyang cuisine! Both are porky meatballs, except that the Medallions are Grilled while the later Lion's Head can be cooked in different styles of stewed, cooked with soup, pan fried, or even steamed! Home-made pan fried "獅子頭 Lion's Head" are often addictive and can easily entice for many bowls of rice with the savory meat balls. I would say that both the Western Grilled and Eastern Pan-Fried Pork Meatballs are excellent beer bites that goes well with Wine, Beer, or maybe Chinese White Wine or even Sake!
