Thoughts: There are a lot of good things about this hotel (besides the price, but Agoda can offer around SGD$100 or lower depending on offers and time of booking). MRT is not too near (maybe 5 minutes walk), but lots of bars, restaurants, and huge food court (Albert Park) nearby as well as Sim Lim Square (IT Mall as well as a food court).
The room as well as toilet is clean when checked in, there is also desk for working as well as shelf area for luggae. However, no cabinets for hanging shirts (just something on the wall)! TV and wifi works just fine.
Was disappointed with the breakfast, not much choice (simple western + noodles).
I would say it is a 3 star hotel probably worth SGD$80 or less, for the price of SGD$160 at the time of booking for myself; was a little disappointment.
