Thoughts: Taxi man, on-route to KLIA, drop me here for lunch, we had teh tarik here and lunch. Interesting off-KLIA trunk road, about 5 minutes drive; there is this place with at least 10 eateries and a few Auto Service shops. The Taxi driver said this place is popular waiting zone for Uber and Grab drivers. Opposite this site is a closed down hotel (Concorde Inn Hotel).
It seems that the entire area is owned by "Charterfield Corporation" (which was the sign board) at the entrance. Charterfield Corporation Sdn Bhd manages this site with Amenities such as 24-hour restaurants (Al-Arafa Maju Restaurant Indian restaurant), Chinese noodle restaurants (breakfast and lunch only), Malay restaurants, Halal seafood (Tom Yam) restaurant, free WIFI, Tyre Workshops and a Surau. It does seem that the company is also working in Guest Houses business activities.
