Food Thoughts: This is the 7th visit to Restoran Hatinie since running into it November 30th 2017, since then have tried Hatinie's Nasi Kukus, Nasi Kerabu, Laksam, Nasi Campur Kelantan, Laksa, even their Satay Rusa! Today for lunch it is Nasi Impit Soto Ayam! Rather interesting to have Nasi Impit/ketupat which is malay "rice cubes" in chicken soup with chicken slices. Soto Ayam is a yellowish "chicken soup" which is rather spicy and can be served with either lontong/nasi impit/ketupat or noodles (vermicelli or yellow noodles). Very popular for the malay community here in Malaysia, Singapore, and parts of Indonesia.
