斋罗惹 Rojak biasa $5 👍😋
Highlights: Halal, Outdoor-Seatings
Budget: $5/person
Cuisine: Indian
Terms: Cash
Parkings: MPSJ
Food Thoughts: I have always assume Pasembur or the KL style Rojak (not the fruit based Rojak) is an Indian thing. In Singapore, it is seemed to be referred to be as Mamak Rojak likely because it is Indian Muslim that often runs the Rojak business. The Rojak food truck at USJ 4 (just in front of Restoran New Apollo), has been around for some years now, managed by a young Malay young man (I think). Normal Rojak is usually vegetarian (although there is half a boiled egg in it) but Rojak Sotong is now selling with an additional $3 if you wish for some squid in your Rojak. As usual, the food truck comes with a cendol section all managed by the same Malay young man.
There aren't tables but chairs only, you can use another chair to hold your belongings or the Rojak plate. Don't worry, you will be sitting in a make-shift tent under some trees. There is another Rojak Food Truck at USJ 20's Park which I have yet to try.
Review: 👍😋
