芙蓉老鼠粉 Seremban-style loh shu fun is a 乾拌麵 dry-style noodle dish made with 長而光滑的瀨粉 long, smooth lai fun rice noodles 不是短而錐形的“鼠尾”米粉 instead of short, tapered "rat tail" noodles. In ipoh, this style of noodle is called "瀨粉 Lai Fen" while in seremban is still called as "老鼠粉 Lso Shu Fen"; which is different from the KL style Loh Shu Fun (sometimes referred to as "Silver needle noodles" which are like "rat tail" (that's why also the not so elegant name of "rat noodles")!
