• 椰糖椰絲糯米球 Ondeh-Ondeh - 椰糖椰絲糯米球 Ondeh-ondeh (or onde-onde) is a popular Southeast Asian, bite-sized 娘惹甜點 peranakan (or Nyonya) dessert made of soft, chewy pandan-infused 糯米粉製成 glutinous rice flour balls 內餡是液態的椰糖 filled with liquid gula Melaka (棕櫚糖 palm sugar) and 外層裹著椰蓉 coated in grated coconut. When bitten, the hot, melted palm sugar bursts out.
• 特製雞肉長麵包 Special Roti Panjang Ayam - 約翰長麵包 Roti John - According to somefood historians, the dish "Roji John" and name originated with a Malay cook who lived in Singapore during the early 1960s or 70s. It is an 蛋餅三明治 omelette sandwich that is a popular street food with a "長麵包 long bread" dish 鐵板上煎製而成 cooked on a griddle with 打散的雞蛋 beaten egg and 洋蔥 onions combined with a 蛋白質 protein such as 羊肉末 minced lamb, 沙丁魚 sardines or 雞肉 chicken, as well as 牛肉 daging.

It spread to Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia) via 泰米爾穆斯林商人 Tamil Muslim traders, where it became a popular street food often served with curry.
• 沙嗲 Satay - Satay is widely believed to have originated on the 印尼的爪哇島 island of Java, Indonesia, as an adaptation of 印度烤肉的改良版 Indian kebab, brought by Muslim traders in the 19th century. 沙爹 Satay is considered a 馬來西亞的主食 staple and 標誌性美食 iconic, must-eat food in Malaysia. It is widely regarded as a national heritage food and a cornerstone of local Malay cuisine and therefore available as in any Ramadan Bazaars.
• 烤雞臀肉 Tongkeng Ayam - Tongkeng ayam (雞屁股 chicken tail/tailbone) is a highly popular, sought-after delicacy in Malaysian and regional pasar malam (night markets) and Ramadan bazaars. It is frequently described as a favorite, must-buy snack. The "烤雞屁股 Grilled Chicken Buttock Skewers" are usually found along side the more popular "Ayam Bakar" stalls.
