Thoughts: It does look like a place to hangout and enjoy a coffee-chat, plus a place for digital nomads. Perhaps that is the reason why it is just opposite Sunway University.

Today's breakfast are 2 choices of Sandwich with Terriyaki and Cheese Chicken Slice, a little too salty of my liking! The 6 choices of Sandwich's from rm$7.70 to rm$11.90 available for breakfast and lunch. AND lunch sets are Korean and Japanese style with rice! Other choices are 羊角麵包 Croissant, 爵巴塔麵包 Ciabatta and Meaty buns. Limited cakes slices are also available, and I believe their signature drink is Bubble Tea!
Parking here on weekdays will be super challenging as even at 9am on a Saturday (today) that parkings in front of the Café are already almost filled up. But the Café does open as early as 8am for early birds. The Café interior is refreshing with wood them furniture and parquet floor with lots of green pots separating 2 seating areas. Very spacious as well.
