Thoughts: On a Monday, it is likely much easier to find a parking here as any other days the Cempaka Market area will be packed with people and traffic! 鴻記茶餐室 Kedai Kopi Hoonky looks like a Residential house (at least on its upper level), but the ground floor is a Kopitiam. There seems to be only one Chinese hawker stall at least for today; but offering a variety of noodles including 咖喱面 Curry noodle, 云吞面 Wanton Mee, 肉腸粉 "Cheong" Fun, and 猪肉粉 Pork noodle. At rm$6, it comes with super generous amount of noodles, also quite a few slices of pork, very nice and generous fresh vegetables as well, Soup wasn't too salty and "clear type"! I asked for extra pork lard (free), nice! Commendable is also the Kopitiam's Teh C at rm$1.60. A satisfying breakfast and a good find on a Monday morning.

鴻記茶餐室 Kedai Kopi Hoonky is located just opposite the Cempaka Wet Market, any other days than Mondays will be difficult to find parking here. The shop opens as early as 6am but breakfast is ready to serve at 7am; I think the chef could be an Indonesian lady, handling everything herself and still very polite despite busy cooking for dine-in and tapao. With the positive breakfast experience today, looking forward to sample the stall's curry noodle and come back for the Teh. The kopitiam's customers are likely Cempaka residents; either breakfast before driving out of Cempaka to work or "retired older man" coming daily for a cup of Kopi or Tea with their friends. The hawker stall offers both breakfst and lunch until 2 or 2:30pm.
The Koitiam could be offering either 大炒 Dai Chao or 小抄 Xiao Chao and definitely 雪花啤酒 Snow Beer with a prominent advertisement banner at its entrance!
