Thoughts: Last here was 15.09.2017, the soup isn't the best in town but suffice for today's liking for a soup based breakfast. It's now at rm$6.50 compared to rm$6 about 2 years ago! Social distancing is strictly implemented at NSV with a max of 45 minutes and 2 persons per table, all tables are definitely at least 4-5 feet apart! and like my kopitiam now, only one entry and exit for temperature and location scanning.
