Thoughts: This one looks like a new shop in USJ10, offering 'Tong Shui' (maybe around 12+ variants), definitely very nice (not overly sweet) and I am sure its made of good ingredients and recipe. The new shop "一点点糖水舖 Yi Dian Dian Cafe" is just opposite Nanking and Hock Seng kopitiam! Tong Shui here is nice but perhaps lack variety!
