Thoughts: So many good reviews I have read about Hana Dining and Sake, the restaurant offers a good variety of Sake. I am not into Sake since left Yamagata more than 25+ years ago. The recommended "北関日光一文字吟釀 Hokkan Ichimonjo Ginjo", a milder, sweet flavored sake, suitable for seafood, nice! 
But I did came here for the rm$250+ Omakase!
