Thoughts: Very interesting "Guai Low" up-sized curry-puff! Except this one is an italian dish called "Calzone"; in fact, its classified as a "folded pizza" which has its origins from Naples in the 18th century. This form of "oven-baked" pizza is made of salted bread dough stuffed with salami, ham or vegetables, mozzarella, ricotta and Parmesan or other cheese. The version of what the restaurant refer to as All-in-One Calzone by "Pizza and Satay" comes with lots of vegetables, beef and chicken cubes, very moisture inside; an interesting folded-pizza.
Perhaps got to try the Satay and the normal pizza offered by the restaurant next time!
