Thoughts: A "large" crowd at this little shop at Taipan this morning. For breakfast, I ordered the Carpenter's Choice served with Turkey Ham, Toast, mixed green, and scrambled egg as well as Tea. I think the same choice perhaps a the corner coffee shops will sell the same plate of stuff at half the price or less! ... because it is just simple ingredients and likely the costing to the combination maybe $2.50 to $3.00 or maybe less! And that is the real test of business as the same things, some make it and others bust it! Those who made it will make a lot of money. Those who don't make it are always scratching their head!
This is the first day I am having egg after 5 weeks of surgery, I guess it is OK!
