Thoughts: The Honda at 1088 km already due for 1st service. The Honda Service Centre can only take 52 cars a day now; 1/2 of its capacity of 104 as part of the Center is now under renovation. Seems now booking for car service must be done at least in 2 weeks ahead! According to the Counter guy, the renovation likely will finish around August, September ! Costs: $0
Service is free, only inspections! estimated time was 1 hours which was quite accurate.
Since the renovation is just behind the waiting area, it was an noisy hour! Certainly the Toyota Service Center at SS16 really much better in terms of design and comfort. Here, Honda Center provides free drinks, coffee machine, Nasi Lemak! The second floor is quieter with charging areas as well as a mall Canteen. There is also a children's playground! Despite these amenities, there is still more comfort in the SS16 Toyota Service Center!
It was surprising to see the Service Attendants are using the SAP system for the data processing part. Likely combination of SD, CS (Customer Service) as part of the DBM solution (Dealer Business Management) from IS Automotive! The CS service order screen seems familiar as of R/3 CS.
I miss the SAP screen. Today is me first day looking at an SAP screen since the 1st week of March!
