Thoughts: Launched in early 2025, it is known for its 優雅的歐式美學風格 elegant, European-inspired aesthetic (specifically 法式主题咖啡馆 French-theme) featuring 璀璨的水晶吊燈 sparkling chandeliers and 舒適高檔的內飾 cozy, premium interiors. The Daily Bakery & Patisserie is a 主打不含豬肉的糕點 pork-free café and restaurant located in the vibrant food hub of SS15, Subang Jaya. 

Brunch today started with a rm$11 "科爾塔多 Cortado" - an 濃縮咖啡飲品 espresso-based coffee drink made with 等量的濃縮咖啡和溫熱略微蒸煮的牛奶製成 equal parts espresso and warm,  lightly steamed milk. That is 1:1 ratio of 2 ounces of double-shot espresso and 2 ounces of milk which in practice makes it a 4 ounce; which therefore is half-of-the usual 8 ounce cup of coffee. It is not surprising that the drink perhaps 很可能起源於西班牙也 likely started in Spain as the word "Cortado" comes from the 西班牙語動詞 Spanish verb "Cortar", which means "切割 to cut". The drink first appeared in Spain in the early 20th century as a way to enjoy a smoother coffee. That 1:1 milk portion is said to "中和 cut" through the 濃縮咖啡的強烈酸味和苦味 strong acidity and bitterness of the espresso.

As for the Main, opted for a rather really expensive rm$28 "希臘沙拉 Greek Salad"; a refreshing Mediterranean salad dish of:

A 希臘沙拉 Greek salad, traditionally known as horiatiki or 鄉村沙拉 village salad. It is a 希臘美食中的一道經典菜餚 classic dish in Greek cuisine made with 大塊的番茄 chunky pieces of tomatoes, 黃瓜 cucumbers, 紅洋蔥 red onions, 菲達起司 feta cheese, and 卡拉馬塔橄欖 Kalamata olives. The Daily Bakery & Patisserie in SS15, Subang Jaya had its soft launch on March 22, 2025 and officially opened in May 2025, started by a 25-year-old 年輕的家庭烘焙師 young home-based baker 李子陽 Rocky Lee Zie Yang, who 從在家烘焙蛋糕轉型 transitioned from baking cakes at home to 開了自己的咖啡館 opening her own cafe. 招牌菜色 Signature dishes are golden are their 口感蓬鬆的招牌法式吐司 pillowy Signature French Toast, 每日特供大早餐 The Daily's Big Breakfast, and 多汁的碎牛肉漢堡 juicy Smash Burgers.

Thoughts: Moon Garden (operated by Moon Garden Sdn Bhd, incorporated in June 2002) initially at a corner shop lot at 47, USJ 10/1A. The F&B used the "Moon Garden" and "MG's Cafe" names interchangeably BUT 逐漸將品牌重心轉向 transitioned to branding prominently as MG's Cafe as part of its franchise and concept expansion rather than a sudden corporate rename. Moon Garden / MG's Cafe moved from No. 47 to No. 55, Jalan USJ 10/1A between late 2022 and early 2023. The business has long operated under the parent company name Moon Garden Sdn Bhd while running its prominent 素食餐廳 vegetarian restaurant and 烘焙店 bakery in USJ Taipan, Subang Jaya under the public-facing trade name MG's Cafe.

Dinner today is a rm$12.90 "義大利蔬菜蛋餅 Italian Vegetables Frittata". A "義式烘蛋 Frittata" is a 傳統的義大利蛋類菜餚 traditional Italian eg g-based dish similar to an 敞開式煎蛋捲 open-faced omelet or a 無餅底的法式鹹派 crustless quiche.

The "義式烘蛋 Frittata" 源於義大利 originated in Italy as a humble peasant food 最初是旨在物盡其用 designed to stretch ingredients and 避免浪費的平民美食 avoid waste. The word itself is derived from the Italian verb friggere, which means "to fry". Originally, it served as a 各種平底鍋煎蛋料理的統稱 generic term used by Italian home cooks to describe any egg dish fried in a pan, ranging from a basic fried egg to an open-faced omelette. However, 其雛形可追溯至古羅馬時期 the conceptual blueprint dates back to ancient Rome, AND by the 17th and 18th centuries, it was a 義大利家庭烹飪的家常菜 regular part of Italian home cooking, particularly celebrated in regions like Tuscany and Naples (where the famous 剩意麵煎蛋餅 leftover spaghetti frittata became a point of local pride). Though, that the 義大利人通常不會當作早餐 Italians don't usually consume the frittata for breakfast but the egg dish is a regular staple for 午餐 lunch, 晚餐 dinner, or a 家中簡便小吃 quick snack at home. 

素食版本 Vegetarian versions of the Frittata are very common. AND Italians frequently make them with 當季蔬菜 seasonal vegetables like 櫛瓜 zucchini, 馬鈴薯 potatoes, 洋蔥 onions, 茄子 eggplant, 菠菜 spinach, and 配起司 cheese. But the Frittata is not strictly a vegetarian dish and as such the 非嚴格意義上的素食 non-Vegetarian variant is often cook with 廚房現有的剩餘肉類 leftover meats like 香腸 sausage, 培根 bacon, or 火腿 ham depending on what is available in the kitchen!

Thoughts: Two former 馬來西亞的前平面設計師 Malaysian graphic designers, Radius Khor and Henry Tan, started the brand around 7 years ago in June 2019. They originally sold coffee straight from the boot of a car. The duo 儘管起步階段頗為艱難 struggled initially but 一則爆火推文助推了業務發展 a viral tweet in June 2020 helped the business grow past its early struggles. The brand has expanded to over 50 outlets across Malaysia with locations spanning the 巴生谷 Klang Valley, 檳城 Penang, 柔佛 Johor, 馬六甲 Melaka, 登嘉樓州 Terengganu and other states!

"Kee Nguyễn" import 純羅布斯塔 pure Robusta and 和阿拉比卡 Arabica 咖啡豆 coffee beans directly from 越南進口 Vietnam. The coffee here is known for a 濃鬱強勁的風味 strong, bold flavor that locals call "濃 Kaw or Gao".Price with Signature cups start at an affordable price of around rm$4/rm$5. Kee Nguyen 自己定位為越南街頭咖啡攤販 positioned themselves as a Vietnamese Street Coffee vendor 就像越南街頭隨處可見的正宗美味咖啡 just like how it is in the streets of Vietnam where authentic and good coffee is available in every corner. 

Unlike the 越南經典的甜咖啡 Vietnamese classic sweet cà phê sữa đá (使用煉乳 which uses condensed milk), a Vinacano (or 越南美式咖啡 Vietnamese Americano) is served 黑咖啡 black, similar to a standard Americano or long black, but with the distinct, deep punch of Vietnamese coffee. The Vietnamese Americano features 越南種植的羅布斯塔咖啡豆 Robusta beans grown in Vietnam, known for a 濃鬱 bold, 醇厚 earthy, and 口感飽滿的風味 full-bodied taste with 高咖啡因含量 high caffeine.
