• The Hario V60 Switch 浸入式滴濾器 Immersion Dripper (rm$150+)• 咖啡濾紙 Filter• 咖啡豆 Coffee Bean• 手動咖啡研磨機 Timemore chestnut c2s manual coffee grinder (rm$220++)
Process Steps:
• Process Step 1 - Place the Empty Container on the Coffee Scale
- Set Scale to 0 with the Empty Container
• Process Step 2 - Weight 200g of the Coffee Bean
- 18g or 20g seems to be the standard doses for a single cup of pour-over coffee
- Use 18g for a slightly more delicate cup (roughly 270-300ml water)- Use 20g for a stronger, bolder brew (300-330ml water)
• Process Step 3 - Pour Coffee Beans from the Container to the BODY• Process Step 4 - Attach the Container to the BODY and Start Grinding
- grinding for 1–3 minutes with moderate pressure- until the resistance drops significantly- Perform hand grinding until the beans are fully ground
• Process Step 5 : Set Filter onto the Hario V60 and Pour the Coffee Powder to the Wet Filter
- Set a piece of paper filter to the glass filter cone- Wet the paper filter slightly so that it held to the glass filter cone
• Process Step 6: Pour Hot Water with immediate drip into the CUP (Switch Open)
- First run with the Switch open- Pour hot water for immediate drip- To get the initial wash flavor
• Process Step 7: Pour Hot Water for 2 minutes (Switch Closed)
- Second run with the Switch closed
- Pour hot water and let it brew for 2 minutes
- Open the Switch to allow the brewed coffee to drip into cup
Amateurish first try on Home-made pour over Coffee and maybe good enough for myself.

Process Step 7: Pour Hot Water for 2 minutes (Switch Closed)
Process Step 8: Enjoy the Home-made Pour-Over Coffee
