Thoughts: This is the 3rd visit to Sunway Pyramid's Nononsense Coffee, and today's Coffee/Tea Break is a rm$16 "焙茶 Hojicha" at this 隱密和極簡主義咖啡館 hidden, minimalist cafe with an 氛圍私密溫馨 intimate vibe, located directly inside the Atmos旗艦店內 Atmos flagship store at Sunway Pyramid. Nonsense Coffee (based in KL) adopts a 日式風格為靈感 Japanese-inspired, 設計隱秘 hidden café concept, reminiscent of the 溫馨雅緻的氛圍 intimate, curated atmosphere of a traditional "傳統日式喫茶店 Japanese Kissaten" where traditional kissaten are known for 復古昭和時代裝飾 retro Showa-era decor, 深度烘焙的咖啡 dark roasts, and 餐桌服務 table service. 

Instead of Black Coffee is Hojicha this afternoon; and not surprising or is it, that 焙茶 Hojicha was created in the 1920s in 日本京都 Kyoto, Japan, by 茶葉商 tea merchants seeking to 為了減少浪費 reduce waste by 將剩餘的茶梗, 嫩枝和低等級茶葉烘焙而成 roasting leftover stems, twigs, and lower-grade tea leaves. Often attributed to a 京都一位茶葉商發明的 Kyoto tea vendor, this roasting technique transformed these discarded materials into a popular, 香氣撲鼻且低咖啡因的茶 fragrant, and low-caffeine tea.

The rice-based "擂茶 Lei Cha" is probably still available in their standard menu BUT the new "擂茶 Lei Cha" option now comes with Noodle instead of rice: either 全麥刀削麵 Wholegrain Shaved Noodle OR 全麥拉麵 Whole grain Ramen.

Simple Life Healthy Vegetarian Restaurant launched its first outlet in the Klang Valley on May 13, 2011, located in Sunway Pyramid.
