The Cafe in USj10 takes up a corner shop lot (replaces the outgoing Hardware shop), which is opposite "南京茶室 NanKing Kopitiam".
Tim Horton's specialty is its signature Donuts from the Basic rm$3 "糖雪甜甜圈 Sugar Snow Donuts" to the rm$5.50 "楓糖餅乾甜甜圈 Maple Biscoff Donut". Besides Donuts are 鬆餅 Muffins, 餅乾 Cookies, 三明治 Sandwiches, 捲餅 Wraps, and 吐司 Toast. AND for beverages is Tim Horton's iconic "冰混合冰咖啡 Iced blended Frozen Coffee", and very good cup of Arabica Brewed Coffee.
