Thoughts: Opened 4 days ago, this is another new eatery in USJ10 Taipan. AND it is a Hakka cuisines restaurant called "客善 Hakshan". According to the introduction page in their menu, every meal purchase in Hakshan will be partially contributed to the community. The menu comes with meals from 單點 Ala-Carte to 套餐 Set Meals starting from rm$15 including Classic Hakka dishes like: 梅菜扣肉 Braised Pork with preserved Mustard Vegetables, 南乳炸肉 Crispy Pork Belly with Fermented Bean Curd, 姜芽燜鴨 Braised Duck with Ginger, 客家釀豆腐 Hakka Yong Tao Foo and many more Hakka dishes. 
Today's dinner is a rm$20 "客家炸肉燜木耳飯套餐 Hakka Style Braised Pork Belly with Black Fungus Rice" (relatively small portion for the price but then again I assume part of the pricing is going to Charity) and the set comes with:
客家炸肉燜木耳 Hakka Style Braised Pork Belly with Black Fungus (300+ Calories)
櫻桃西紅柿 Cherry Tomatoes (20 Calories, GI of 15 and GL of <1)
例湯 Soup of the day (no idea what it is)
白飯 White Rice (consumed 1/2 bowl of likely 160 Calories, GI of 70 and GL of 56)
Today is a cheat day with half-bowl of White Rice! and it is maybe around 650 Calories with the high Carb, High GI, High GI White Rice! 
The Hakka (Chinese: 客家), sometimes also referred to as 客家漢族 Hakka Han, or Hakka Chinese, or Hakkas, are a Han Chinese subgroup whose ancestral homes are chiefly in the 客家語省區 Hakka-speaking provincial areas of  廣東Guangdong, 福建 Fujian, 江西 Jiangxi, 廣西 Guangxi, 四川 Sichuan, and 湖南 Hunan. In the 19th century and 20th century, large group of Han Chinee including the 福建人 Hokkiens, 客家人 Hakka, and 廣東人 Cantonese people migrated to the South! I believe many Hokkiens and Hakka people migrated to 台灣 Taiwan; while a mixed of the Han Chinese moved further down to 泰國 Thailand, 馬來亞 Malaya, 新加坡 Singapore, and even 印尼 Indonesia; bringing along their culinary cuisines as well. 
While 客家菜 Hakka cuisine is technically 中國菜的一部分 a part of Chinese cuisine, there are some differences between the two Cooking techniques (according to Wikipedia): Hakka cuisine tends to use more 乾炒 dry stir-frying, 蒸 steaming, and 燜 braising techniques compared to other types of Chinese cuisine, which may use more 炸 deep-frying, 烤 roasting, and 燉 stewing methods (probably there is some true in that). However, Hakka dishes tend to offer delicacies of meaty and vegetables but less of seafood ingredients in their recipes! 
"客善 Hakshan" in USj10 is a shop lot along USJ 10/1G, the same row as "Victoria Station" and also just next to "Yosen Japanese Shabu-shabu".
