Thoughts: Opened around January of February 2022, Ibis Styles Iskandar Puteri is located strategically in the new administrative centre of Johor and within the flagship green business industrial park SiLC. The Airport Taxi used the rm$4 Toll Highway and it was about 30-45 minutes from the Senai Airport to the Hotel, depending on traffic. The Hotel is also just about 20+ minutes from Johor Bahru or Singapore (via the JB-Singapore 2nd Link).

The 13 floor hotel offers 152 rooms, a Cafe deli and bar (Lobby), restaurant at the first floor (both are called sTREATs Restaurant) and 4 modern meeting rooms, which are also at the Ground floor. Rooms are from the rm$150+ 標準房(大床) (Standard Room With 1 Queen Size Bed) to rm$220+ 家庭房(大床+雙層床) (Family Room with 1 Queen size bed and 1 Bunk Bed). It is a NEW Hotel (into its 11th month), and therefore everything looks New, Clean, and works fine. Unfortunately, TV channels are our Local RTM TV1, TV2 etc and a few standard Singapore Channels.
The "標準房(大床) Standard Room w/Queen size Bed" was at rm$135/night, add-on rm$15 for the Daily Buffet Breakfast. The interior design is said to be inspired by the Cocoa fruit and features happy colors with an industrial feel with the White and Red color Room that comes with free Good-Speed Wifi easily connected using just the Room number. There is a working area just under the Wall mounted TV, but also available are 2 Coffee Tables with a comfortable Sofa plus Wall plugs equipped with USB port for both phone and notebook charging (super convenient). The Hotel is popular, likely because it is maybe around 10 minutes (15km) from 馬來西亞樂高樂園 Legoland. The downside is that there aren't any food choices within walking distance as the new shop lots surrounding the hotel are still vacant. So, looks like breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be at the Hotel for the next 6 days!
