Thoughts: McDonalds Malaysia introduced the "煎蛋三明治 Omelette Sandwiches", the burger comes with a "枕頭煎蛋 pillowy omelette" sprinkled with 蔥 green onions and chili along with 融化芝士 melted cheese tucked between a warm bun which can go with or without a 雞肉香腸餡餅 chicken sausage patty. The 2 variant of Sandwich (with or without sausage) can be either Ala-Carte or go with 薯餅 Hash brown and 美式黑咖啡 Americano. I think the "Omelette Sandwiches" was introduced somewhere around June 1st (2 weeks ago).
