Thoughts: The 750ml Bottle is at rm$75+ here (but can be found at Jaya Grocer for rm$45+) and a glass here is at rm$18. Neighbourhood Wine Bar only offers one house wine with one red and one white. Last time here on June 4th was also the same bottle and this time around I also sample the Red Wine.
The "禾富神雕白葡萄酒 Wolf Blass Bilyara Cabernet Sauvignon (Red) 2017" is at 13.5%ABV, the Red Wine is said to be good pairing with Red Meats such as Lamb or Beef Burger! With very strong aroma and flavors of Red Berries.
Wolf Blass Bilyaras are products of Australia; however, the founder of Wolf Blass was Wolfgang Franz Otto Blass who is a German. Interestingly, Wolf ran away from school and his parents gave him an ultimatum of a 3-year wine-making apprenticeship or go back to school. Later, Wolf even became the youngest person ever to graduate with a Master's in Oenology (Wine Science) from Veitschoechheim-Wuerzberg. And so Wolf began a journey that changed the winemaking world where he established Wolf Blass Wines in 1966. Since its inception in 1966, the Winery have won over 10,000 awards!
