Thoughts: Alfio Genovese is an Italian family who came to Australia in the 1950s as a major importer of Italian foods to Australia. In 1960s, mr.Alfio decided to roast coffee that would resemble the true Italian-style coffee bringing the expresso experience to Australians. I am not sure where one can find an outlet in Sydney CBD but there is one in Taronga Zoo.
An Interesting fact, I find coffee are generally around AUD$4 almost eveywhere in Australia (at least Melbourne and Sydney); regarding whether it is the Airport, Tourist areas (like the Zoo), "Expensive" Heritage Builings (like the Queen Victoria building), or the Hotels I have been to!
