Thoughts: No dinner last night, the 10 laps in the morning was definitely not easy, coupled with the chanting in the Sauna! I was already feeling a little dizzy walking out of the gym after an hour of swim and sauna!
Arrive at Coffee Bean at around 10:30am, today is unusually quieter at Taipan. I guess its perhaps I had nothing since lunch yesterday that the Egg Club Sandwich was so good! LOL! upgraded the basic black coffee that comes with the set to Latte. I still prefer Starbucks Latte! It was a nice quiet breakfast, I wish everyday can be like this.
