Thoughts: A couple of stalls here at Asia Cafe are "China-made", Beijing, Shanghai, 中国东北 food. I noticed at least four when scouting for food at the food court. Usually not all stalls are opened in the morning but almost if not all of them opened at night. Ordered the Shanghai Pan Fried-Bao, Ah Uh! interestingly maybe really street style as the restaurant style is really more expensive and delicately made. Nevertheless, the small wanton was quite nice. Both of them are very meaty (no prawns), interesting!

Thoughts: Maybe it is the holidays, only a fraction of the hawker stalls are open today, likely due to the colleges like Inti and Taylors are closed for the holidays. It is steaming hot at 1pm here in the interiors of the Cafeteria.
The Vietnamese Pork Chop Mong ("Mong", I guess because of the lemon sauce). The plate was perhaps 75% vegetables (Cabbage and sliced carrots with some peanuts); it also comes with generous portions of Vietnamese white noodles. The lemon based sauce for the pork chop was nice. Mixing the salad, pork chop, and the lemon sauce also works well. Nice!
This Vietnamese hawker stall at Asia Café serves both chicken and pork with rice and noodles as well. Prices range from $5 to $10++. I think the owners are Chinese.
