腰果脆沙拉 Cashew Crunch Salad:
• Base: 切碎的捲心菜 A mix of fresh 生菜 lettuce and 羽衣甘藍 kale (maybe others)• Crunch: 烤腰果 Roasted cashews, 脆餛飩皮 crunchy wonton strips (I think).
• Protein/Vegetables: 水煮蛋 Boiled egg, 小番茄 cherry tomatoes
• Flavor Boosters: 切碎的蔥花 Green onions, 新鮮香菜 fresh cilantro, 起司塊 Cheese bites
• Dressing: Sone type of 濃鬱的芝麻醬 tangy sesame-based dressing (I think).

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf originated in 1963 in 南加州 Southern California, founded by Herbert and Mona Hyman to bring premium, 歐式咖啡 European-style coffee to the U.S.. The first location opened in the 布倫特伍德社區 Brentwood neighborhood of 洛杉磯 Los Angeles. The chain is famous for creating the original 冰沙飲品 Ice Blended drink in 1987. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf came to Malaysia in 1997, opening its first store at 武吉免登 Bukit Bintang's KL Plaza (from around 2010's renovated by Pavilion Group and rebranded as Fahrenheit88) in 吉隆坡 Kuala Lumpur. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (CBTL) has rapidly expanded in Malaysia, reaching its 200th store milestone by the beginning of 2025, with some locations featuring 免下車取餐選項 drive-thru options often located at 加油站 petrol stations and 主要住宅區 key residential areas like Shell Cyberjaya.
