Thoughts: Founded by young entrepreneur who is the barista, founder cum owner Lew Kai Sheng. Mr Lew graduated in the culinary art, with initial exposure the F&B industry as a chef but subsequently found his great interest in coffees made him shifted into as a barista. It was it the middle of 2024 that Mr Lew (Chef and Barista) partnered with his Anne Heng (Baker) started their very owned mobile coffee truck named the “1 Ounce” (One Ounce) in the end of year 2022 and subsequently sometime middle of 2024, opened their Cafe "One Ounce Cafe Roastery" in Bayan Baru's D'Plazza Mall, Penang Island.
