Thoughts: In theory, Hong Kong people are very particular about their food, if the restaurant is not up to the standard; soon no one will visit and it is die off naturally. For a 香港茶餐厅 "Char Chan Teng" to be offering such a combination 榨菜肉絲+太陽蛋+餐肉 with Milk Tea, it must have worked for the locals to like it that it is maintained as part of the menu. Somewhat an interesting combination for breakfast but I have noticed such a combination in many "Char Chan Teng". It was actually nice!
