Thoughts: This dessert is one of the must-eat in Hong Kong's 香港義順牛奶公司 Yee Shun Milk Company which has 3 shops: 銅鑼灣 Causeway Bay, 佐敦 Jordon, and 油麻地 Yau Ma Tei. The must eat is both the 雙皮燉奶 Double-skin steamed mik or 薑汁燉鮮奶 Ginger juice steamed milk! There are many desserts shops selling the same but this one is one of the famous one in Hong Kong. 
This shop at Jordon's Pilkem street is just behind Parkses street where 澳洲牛奶公司 Australian Milk company is located. There are stiff competitors when come to the steam egg and steam milk. Interesting, the shop is quite empty this evening, I wonder why!
