Thoughts: Hong Kong people really knows how to eat! Hot in a Pot seems to be a famous Hot Pot destination, one has pre-book to get a seat here at the Tien Hou branch. There are 2 locations: One at Sham Tseng (深井) in the New Territories and this one here at 天后 Tin Ho in Hong Kong Island.
Interestingly, "Hot in a Pot" also offers your traditional Dim Sum (but in this case Dim Sum in a twist with Hot Pot!), probably thats for lunch and night time mostly serving Hot POt (I think).
